A number of universites likely to appear near the bottom the table appear to be missing
from this research and a couple of potentially higher ranked schools are also absent. If
you were expecting to see London Business School here - it only offers postgrad
degrees and this table is for undergraduate programmes.
The rankings for each business school are based on teaching quality assessment by the
Quality Assessment Agency (50% of the ranking), the research ratings (30%) and the
average A level grades of undergraduates in 1999 (20%).
At careerdynamo we feel this report should be treated as one useful input into the
decision of undergraduate school. The overall reputation of the university often has
more influence at undergraduate level. This is however a useful indication of the
quality of individual departments.
